Resident Portal =============== The Resident Portal provides residents with access to their account information, maintenance requests, and other property-related services. Click "New User" on the login page #. Accept the `EULA `_ #. Enter the signup code provided by management #. Complete your account setup Password Reset +++++++++++++++ - There is a "Reset Password" button on the login page. - Passwords can also be reset by Management from the Resident Details screen. The reset password email cant be sent to just the Resident or the Resident and the Management User who requested the reset to assist. - Follow the password reset instructions in the email. The Resident View is a simulated view of the Resident Portal, and is not the same as the Resident Portal.
