The Residents page allows property managers to:
View and manage resident information
Track resident accounts and balances
Manage one time and recurring charges/credits
Filter for residents by name, unit, building, etc.
Filter for board members and view accounts of previous ownership
Search for notes on Resident accounts
Resident List¶
The main view shows a list of all Residents with key information:
Building
Unit
Account
Name
Current Balance
Last Payment Date
Last Login Date
Manage (Actions)
You can filter and sort the Resident list using various criteria from the filter box at the top.
Actions¶
The Residents table provides buttons to
Open the Resident Details Screen
Record a Manual Payment - Handle checks from Residents that are manually deposited
Record Payment
The Manual Payment button is colororized to indicate the status of PropMan Payments setup
Purple - PropMan Payments is not setup
Yellow - PropMan Payments is setup
Resident-Level Recurring and One-Time Adjusements - view and manage recurring and one-time adjustments to Resident accounts
Recurring and One-Time Adjusements
Rows that are greyed out are read-only and are editable in Building Adjustments
Add or edit recurring charges
Apply one-time charges/credits
The Adjustments button is colororized to indicate is there are anyRecurring Adjustments to the Resident account
Purple - No recurring adjustments
Yellow - One or more recurring adjustments
Work Orders - launch the Work Orders screen for the Resident
The Work Orders button is colororized to indicate any open Work Orders for the Resident
Purple - No open Work Orders
Yellow - Open Work Orders
Search for Notes¶
You can search for notes on Resident accounts by entering a search term in the filter box and clicking the search icon.

Resident Details¶
View and edit Resident details for a specific resident.

To open the Resident Details screen, click the hamburger menu button under Manage.
The Resident Details screen includes:
Personal Information
Account History
Payment Records
Communication History
Notes
