Resident Portal¶
The Resident Portal provides residents with access to their account information, maintenance requests, and other property-related services.
Accessing the Portal¶

Log in with your email and password, or use your Google account

Getting Started¶
Create an Account¶
A Resident can create an account by following these steps:
Click “New User” on the login page
Accept the EULA
Enter the signup code provided by management
Complete your account setup
Password Reset¶
There is a “Reset Password” button on the login page.
Passwords can also be reset by Management from the Resident Details screen. The reset password email cant be sent to just the Resident or the Resident and the Management User who requested the reset to assist.
Follow the password reset instructions in the email.
Portal Cards¶
The Resident Portal is organized into Cards.

Resident Portal
Account - View and update your account information, contact management, and download 1098 tax forms
Account Information with menu items
Account Balance - View realtime account balance, manage paperless billing, view account history, and configure PropMan Payments
Account Balance Card
PropMan Payments: Configure PropMan Payments for recurring, one-time scheduled, and one-time payments
Print Last Bill: Generate a PDF of the most recent bill
Account History: Open up the Account History table as a new card
Building Information - Building about the Building which is of interest to the Resident
Building Card
StreetView image of the building, same as the one on the Buildings screen
Building address and link to Google Maps
Active assessments with start and end dates
The amount shown on the card is the monthly amount to be split by ownership percentage
Active charges with start and end dates
The amount shown on the card is the monthly amount to be paid per Resident

Welcome Message - View the welcome message from the property manager
Simulated Resident View¶

It is often necessary for a Property Manager to see what a Resident sees in the Resident Portal.
This can be done by clicking the “Resident View” button at the bottom of the Resident Details screen.
The Resident View is a simulated view of the Resident Portal, and is not the same as the Resident Portal.
