Dashboard Overview¶
After logging in, property managers are presented with a comprehensive dashboard that provides quick access to key information and functions.
The default view is the Buildings page.
Landing Page¶
Upon successful login, Property Managers see a summary of their Buildings and key metrics.
If the user is inactive for a period of time, they will be redirected to this landing page.

Navigation¶
Navigation Bar
The navigation bar is structured to provide easy access to all functions.
Management users will see Residents, Buildings, Vendors, Transactions/Checks, Gl Accounts, and Trace.

The magnifying glass icon just below the navigation bar opens up a search box, which allows quick filtering by Building name or account.
Building Cards¶
A Building card
A Building card is displayed for each Building under management and optionally one for the Management Company itself.
Each card provides a quick overview of the Building’s status and key metrics, quick action buttons, and a menu with additional tools.
New Building & Onboarding¶
The buttons at the bottom of the Buildings page allow for the creation of new buildings and bulk onboarding of Buildings, Residents, GL Accounts, Vendors, and Tax Abatements.
New Building - Create a new building using the familiar Edit Building screen
Onboarding - Bulk onboarding of Buildings, Residents, GL Accounts, Vendors, and Tax Abatements using a PropMan-specific CSV file
