Logging In to PropMan¶
To access the PropMan system, Property Managers use a dedicated login portal.
Accessing the Login Page¶
For Property Managers: Go to https://sserman.com/.
For Residents: Go to the Resident Portal.
Login Credentials¶
You can log in with your email and password, or use your Google account for federated sign-in.

First-Time Login and Password Reset¶
For Management Accounts:
An admin will set up all Management accounts and send an email allowing the user to reset their password.
For Residents:

PropMan Resident Signup Form
Residents can create an account by going to the Resident Portal, clicking “New User”.
They will accept the EULA, enter the signup code provided by management, account (e.g., 305-456), and email.

Managers can also help residents create accounts by clicking the “portal signup code” link on the Resident Details screen.
If the link is disabled, an account already exists or the account has no associated email address. Password reset can be initiated by clicking the “Send Password Reset” button at the bottom of the screen.
Residents can reset their own password using the “Reset Password” button on the Resident Portal login page.
Note
Password reset for Management accounts must be initiated by an Admin.
